dinner at Miss Lily’s. did i mention i met Matt Dillon last time i was here? i shook his hand and sucked his luck and everything. i caught some new movie of his last night on cable, that’s what reminded me.

art works – 02

okay so, even though i try to post to this blerg every weekday, i know i’ve missed a few Fridays, usually due to travel or other such unavoidable circumstances. i did notice though, that the web traffic and whatnot does decrease a bit on Fridays as well, probably due to people having "casual" office hours or busily preparing for their awesome weekends and stuff. well, now with the recent procurement of my totally dope 11.6" 2.4lb MacBook Air, i’ve become so much more productive on my daily outings that i sometimes completely forget to have photos taken of all my snazzy get-ups. so it doesn’t seem like Fridays are going to improve very much around here in terms of new content, sorry!

therefore, i’ve decided to post photos of my art works on Fridays instead. with the impending release of PX Me, it works out to be a pretty good idea anyways, since although PX Me will feature some photos (just like PX This – The Revised Edition), it’s obviously just not viable to include the entire collection. so, much in the same way this blog serves as an informative addendum to PX This, it can now function in the same helpful manner once PX Me is finally released (and we return to our regularly scheduled PX This programming), yay!

as always, thank you so much for all your patience, encouragement, and support :)

xo

Standard Grill again cuz we happened to be right in the area. there’s an older guy on an antique bicycle who stakes the joint out for susceptible-looking ladies and then tries to pick them up with some line about "making a movie in the area." he must make his rounds to a few different places, cuz we watched him come and go three separate times in the span of about three hours. one of his other ploys is to roll up and cop a squat very nearby and then pretend to use his cell phone within earshot of his prey. we were too far away to hear him that time, but judging by the way his victim rolled her eyes up into her forehead (and then gathered up her purse and walked away), we imagined his phone "conversation" probably consisted of something along the lines of "well if Brad isn’t available for ten million then call George Clooney, he owes me a favor!" ha ha ha ha aha.

well, my big heavy 7+ pound 2006 15" Intel CoreDuo MacBook Pro is hereby officially five years old, so now i feel like i can finally justify the purchase of the 2G 11" MacBook Air i’ve been wanting for a couple years now (despite also having an iPad 2, as well as the– ahem– 1st generation iPad i ostensibly "handed down" to sweetie). yay!

i love it, it’s dope.

haa, a "street style blogger" stopped me on West 3rd St and asked if she could take my picture. i never feel comfortable with it, but i don’t want to refuse because i feel bad. but their photos never really turn out that well so i think i might have to start saying no thank you from now on. sorry, but this street style blogging thing is like the new food blogging– it’s starting to get kinda totally outta hand, it’s ridiculous.

oh by the way, remember when i mentioned "my geld-iaz black twisted kungfu pants" and how at one point Calvin Klein was even sweating them? well these are from the same collection, except the ones Calvin Klein was sweating were the wider version. i don’t have those anymore though, somebody bought them– yes, practically right off my ass— and i never bothered to replace them. i really liked them though (much better than these), so maybe someday…
